This saves them time, money and ultimately empowers them to make better decisions when it comes to managing their payments and their cash.The Product, Tech & Design teams modernized our platform which will further enable the partners to build great experiences, at greater scale, and drive increased acquisition.

Lead a new product development team responsible for distributing USAA's products and services to 3rd Party Platforms and creating personalized digital experiences on existing channels.

Served as a Digital Product Manager for USAA's Investment Company. Drawing on my experience as a financial advisor and my extensive work with data analysis, I helped the team derive insights on member behavior. Was responsible for product, asset and member production goals exceeded acquisition plan (nearly $1B in gross inflows) by delivering exceptional member experiences on all of the Digital channels. My primary responsibility included leading the effort of designing more personalized experiences.

I currently work on an analytics team at USAA. Working with big data and statistical software, I help to support various functions for client management, marketing, executive management, and product management. Some of these functions include audience selection for marketing, transaction and behavior analysis for specific products offered, and forecasting/modeling to predict future patterns.
