Responsible for managing the entire Ujjain Franchise branch of Aakash Institute, having ~450 students in the first year of operation itself. Responsible for building the initial team, marketing strategies, student performance improvement strategies, admission strategies, partnerships with various schools & educational institutions to develop and support the ecosystem. Successfully exited the business by selling the branch to Aakash Corporate Team.
