Responsible for case management-type duties for the people we serve that are attending the Adult Day Care Program. Must supervise staff while ensuring all necessary paperwork and reports are completed and that they fulfill OGC and TNCare requirements. Will participate in applicant assessments, meetings with family and government officials, in-service and trainings. Will implement curriculum that ensures each person is participating in meaningful daily activities. Approve Timesheets and other duties as assigned.
