I am a full-time family medicine physician. My family and I live in Safety Harbor which is close to Tampa Florida. I went to medical school at the University of Florida and attended family medicine residency at the University of Arizona.I started off investing in single-family properties, but over the past three years, my focus has been primarily multifamily investing. I have learned that multifamily is a lot more predictable and scalable than single-family homes. Especially for busy professionals with a limited amount of free time it is much easier to manage one 10 unit apartment than 10 single-family homes.During the past three years, I did an “internship” with Bryan Chavis best selling author of “Buy It, Rent It, Profit”. He has been able to pass on his knowledge and experience from 20 years in the multifamily industry to help shorten my learning curve.I am currently working with Chavis Capital as their investor relations manager.
