I also educate people on investment property as well as finding people properties that will help people accomplish their financial goals. I specialize in Ocean front, Ocean Oriented, and Golf Homes and Villas.I NEED YOUR HELP!!! I have been coming across some awesome deals lately, and I need buyers for them! These are deals that come on the market, then go under contract fairly quickly. Many of them are foreclosures, but some are Short Sales. An example of a short sale is if the seller owes $200K on the property, but they can only sell it for $150K, then the bank will forgive the difference… Meaning whoever buys the place gets a GREAT deal. I have found properties like this starting in the low $200K’s… all the way up to $3 Million. This is not just a generic e-mail, I actually have specific properties picked out. Some examples are:-
