A volunteer group under the name of “The Luminous Night” formed by American Intercon School for Pool Party and Senior Prom Night organisation in the year of 2016-2017.Roles:Core Team Member (Main), Entertainment Leader (Main), Backstage Team Assistant, Floating Team Member and Performer. -Sensationally organised and led an event of more than one thousand guests.-Observed in the Backstage Team, attentively assisted on arranging stage and performers.-Contributed in posters and flyers designing including banners and backdrops.-Assisted in ticket selling team, acknowledged the importance of customer service and needs.-Experienced in making critical decision situations and thoroughly took initiative approaches, leading the event successfully.
