CurrentPresently, obtaining transmission/distribution rights of way acquisitions for public electrical utility providers and oil & gas companies. Additionally, treating every project as a high priority anticipating and avoiding problems before they occur while effectively managing budgets and schedules. Furthermore, assisting in specialized land acquisition sites and other related facilities, often in conjunction with other projects. Among these are: Power Station Sites, Switching Station Sites, Substation Sites, Microwave Stations, and Tower Storage Sites. • Renewable energy site selection: Analyzing viable land in various substations for interconnection study for utility battery storage, community, and utility solar sites. Currently, developing a close-knit team to implement renewable energy leases and purchase options. • Negotiating transmission, distribution, and pipeline right-of-way acquisitions for public electrical utilities, and oil and gas providers throughout the United States • Negotiating eminent domain DOT land projects • Negotiating Tribal allotments for transmission pipeline, electric and fiber renewals • Negotiating telecommunications acquisitions such as license/building access, permits, easements, and right-of-way entry agreements, protecting clients from potential eminent liability and negligent concerns, allowing client presence, and avoiding the possibility of trespass• Negotiating specialized telecom acquisitions such as divesting assets and dark fiber, streamlining the negotiation process to over 1,500 locations, and successfully acquiring client objectives• Retaining clients while negotiating and executing their contracts • Developing and implementing new strategies and policies to establish long-term business objectives, providing the company with reliable leadership
