I have been making videos and sometimes interactive projects as a freelance video creator. I also make illustrations in 2D and 3D. Most of my recent videos feature 3D animation but I sometimes work with 2D (mostly illustrations) and live action footage. I direct, write, animate, choreograph, model, draw, film, and edit.

Gæmz Meetup is a meetup for art/experimental games people. A completely non-profitable event I've been able to run just because everyone is nice. Originally I started it to meet & connect people with similar interests & insights in the area but due to the covid-19 pandemic, we became more online. Currently, I'm trying to bring it back as a monthly event but we will probably remain as an online-offline hybrid community. We organise regular gatherings and other events such as game jam and drawing sessions.

I’ve had several duties but for my main project I spent most of my work in hours on making a teasers and fact-checks. (It was an imported/localised programme about space. So, we needed to do a lot of fact-checks and some researches for possible new contents). I also did rough translation for scientific journals for other programme and legal documents for the people who were going to film in the US.

I have been translating the content for their educational theme park, IMAGINIA Playland from English to Japanese. I translated messages to the visitors (website, sign board, etc.), their story book, and lyrics to a song. In 2019, I withdrew from a new work with them since I was too busy with my main work and I found a better translator in a community translation team.

I worked at the section where we made videos for advertising in public space and for presentations. My duties included drawing story boards, editing assets (artworks and text), compositing in after effects, and editing videos. We normally handled each project individually from making story boards to editing but I’ve worked with my colleague a couple of times and that was a worthwhile experience.

My main task at BerlinGameScene.com was to document their events (mainly Talk & Play but they also organised a few other events) in the video format. When Vine was still alive, I often used Vine to capture talks, games being showcased at the events, etc. and edited & tweeted those vines from BerlinGameScene.com accounts. I was also commissioned to make a jingle video and you can watch it here.

Duties include organising and ameliorating the artist’s artwork digital archives, brainstorming on her new projects, helping her on site, video documentation and editing, etc.
