Co-Founder at Get Home Safe. I focus on technological development focusing currently on Mobile Application Design for iOS and Android, and our website gethomesafe.ioTwo years ago we started speaking with women to understand their safety concerns at night. Since then we've engaged with stakeholders including: universities, nightclubs, and women-safety platforms to cater an appropriate solution. This role overlaps with my Masters in Design Engineering at Imperial College London, where I'm developing the app following the best tools and practices available.

Helped the module leader improve and prepare the course material for all future students. Tutorial sheets were improved and hosted on GitHub allowing for students to raise and amend issues independently from the professors, in an open source initiative. Offer advice and help teaching Mathematics, Computing (HTML, JS, CSS, Python), Solid Mechanics, and Optimisation to students in the years below during tutorials and outside working hours.

As the lead engineer, I had the privilege of working closely with the co-founders. My primary responsibility was to develop designs that were both patentable and manufacturable. From initial sketches to final CAD designs, I iterated over 100 designs and collaborated with the team meeting our specifications optimising for the chemical integration.In preparation for the Collision Tech Conference 2023, I was tasked with producing stunning 3D renders that showcased our innovative products to industry experts. This experience gave me an excellent opportunity to develop my communication and presentation skills, as I was able to confidently pitch our work to a range of stakeholders.A highlight was the development of a full-stack application for an online pharmacy using Flutter. This self directed project provided a comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes until the App Store.Crucially, the fast-paced and dynamic environment has allowed me to grow and develop my skills, all while learning what it takes to launch a successful startup. I look forward to continuing on this path.

In this role, I am single-handedly organising events for 500+ students and staff managing food, drinks, ticket sales, and venues. Thus far, I have arranged:- Welcoming Freshers Event - Pub Crawls- Oktoberfest Dinner- Curry Night Dinner

Various competitions were organized to promote collaboration within the society. From merchandise design to CAD design challenges, students were given an opportunity to develop their skills learned in the Design Engineering program as well as complete their resumes. 5 competitions were organized each with 15-50 participants.

Working alongside CEO, CTO, and CFO to analyse data using NodeJS and MongoDB. Gathered insights are used to develop an upcoming product synthesizing information regarding valuations and their preferences.

Dr. Samer Hamdar first introduced me to reports on emergency exits and the deadly scenarios that bad designs can engender. This information was used to guide my internship project. To help understand what key design elements that can lead to injury and stampedes, I designed, constructed and programmed a robot. This robot imitated pedestrian behavior following the Social Force Model of Pedestrian Dynamics. It had to respect certain design requirements to be used to model physical pedestrians in a physical model. Electronic circuitry and Arduino coding (C++) skills were developed during this experience.
