Passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences and passionately advocating for making the web more accessible, I am a results-driven Full-Stack Developer with a knack for turning complex challenges into elegant solutions.With a track record of success at Alembic, I've honed my skills in full-stack development and stakeholder management through consulting on several projects across various industries. As an integral part of the Alembic team, I am currently working alongside two other colleagues for a global fashion e-commerce brand. Currently, I am taking the initiative to improve accessibility across the brand's various websites, implementing changes in accordance with WCAG criteria to ensure that as many users as possible can use their online storefronts.Previously, I was also tasked with developing an optimised rebuild of an existing platform using Elixir and Javascript at the core of the project stack. Noteworthy achievements in this space include orchestrating the onboarding of field testers for a recent field trial and delivering a user-preferred front-end workflow for a multi-step appointment creation wizard.I also have had the privilege and pleasure to be selected as a speaker for ElixirConf US 2022, presenting my talk "Wordle - Learning By Doing" and sharing my experiences onboarding into Elixir and Phoenix LiveView. I have delivered many subsequent talks at Elixir Sydney Meetup, which I also regularly volunteer my time to help organise.Looking ahead, my focus is on continuous growth and innovation.
