Sales Manager Specialized Service - Drive & Control Develop contacts with (inter)national customers and new prospects, either directly or in cooperation with Bosch Rexroth country units.Maintain customer relations and follow up on customer requests as results from direct contact with the customer, or from questions from the Bosch Rexroth country unit. Within the specialized service department the focus of the sales actions are related to the installed base from systems designed and build in Boxtel. The wide scale of service task can vary between: spare parts; installation support; troubleshooting; maintenance; remote monitoring and training demands. Detect opportunities in questions, requests and situations from customers and transform these to requirements, products and or services in an effective and commercial valid proposal. The creation of a technical and commercial proposal and the transition to a contractual agreement based on the communication and advises in the proposal phase are the main task in this role. After reaching an agreement with the customer the registration, processing and transfer to the internal organization complete the order. During the execution of the order the contacts with the customer are kept to follow the process and notice the customer satisfaction. Knowledge:• Drive- and Control systems and products, corresponding electronics, hydraulics and their application possibilities such as active heave compensation systems, AOR systems, ship lifts and installations in the entertainment industry. • Customers and equipment in the applicable sector (branch knowledge). Knowledge of the functionality of all products and systems.• Internal organization, valid procedures, standards and guidelines, safety requirements in the field of Health Safety and Environment.

Project Engineer werkzaam binnen de Nederlandse branchegroep Maritiem. Verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitwerking van systeemaanvragen tot offertes. En belast met de totale projectbegeleiding van orderintake tot uitlevering, waaronder ook de administratieve afwikkeling. Aanspreekpersoon voor systeem klanten om hen op zowel technisch als commercieel vlak te adviseren.
