Raised in Southeast Asia (The Philippines, Thailand, Singapore) and came to Canada in the fall of 2001. Completed the IB Program at Richmond Secondary and pursued a degree in Business Administration for the first two years at Trinity Western University, and then at the Sauder School of Business in UBC.Entered the construction industry in 2007 after my final year of studies and started an apprenticeship with Greer Contracting in the various forms of building envelope, including fireproofing, thermal insulation, air and vapour barrier, waterproofing, and fire stopping.I discovered during this time that I have a passion for business as it relates to the construction industry, and sought to hone the skills I needed to succeed by continually taking on greater responsibilities and cultivating mentorship-type relationships with older, more experienced people in the field.In 2011 I was sponsored through Greer Contracting to attend the Construction Operations and Project Management programs at BCIT. Combined with hands-on experience, I continue to expand my horizons.
