Mr. Splinter holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the Amsterdam School of Business (HES), The Netherlands.

Face to the investors and clients with regards to the digitalization of the client journey.Defined and implemented a standardized Global Target Operating Model, in combination with automating the manual nature of the book of business, with a view to disrupt the Corporate and Trust Industry, whilst simultaneously unlocking new revenue streams by selling the ‘Software as a Service’ to other industries and segments.Introduced and implemented the offshoring of 30% of the global processes to India, generating 20m EUR annualized savings.Executing various transformational projects, with an efficiency target of 20%. Robotics, Blockchain and AI are at the core of these projects. Redefined and implemented a new IT infrastructure, integrated all countries and service lines, with a focus on Software as a Service, Data as a Service, Platform as a Service and Cloud hosting.Successfully acquired (330m USD) and integrated Viteos Fund Services, a leader in outsourcing solutions in the alternative investment industry & software development, servicing 450bn in assets. Viteos has a footprint of 900 people in India.
