Redefined and implemented a new IT infrastructure, integrated all countries and service lines, with a focus on Software as a Service, Data as a Service, Platform as a Service and Cloud hosting.Successfully acquired (330m USD) and integrated Viteos Fund Services, a leader in outsourcing solutions in the alternative investment industry & software development, servicing 450bn in assets.
