Worked as a Front of House Manager at Black Barts Steakhouse, a long term goal of mine since I began work in 2019. I was able to work through the various ranks of the industry (Busser, Host, Server, Bartender, and Kitchen Staff) within a very short amount of time, by mastering not only the positions, but also my skills as a trainer for those advancing to said positions. Upon demonstrating an expert level of skill in delegation, work ethic and team building, I was promoted to a managerial position after just one and a half years of employment.
