I have over 20 years’ experience in the Mining and Civil Industry. During this time, I have been involved in a vast range of work, as both an operator, supervisor and manager including; civil works, mining,industrial services and maintenance. Mostly, I been involved in Iron Ore projects and been heavily involved in operations as an integral member of various resource supply chains. Now as Director of Consolidated Group I am dedicated to building long term relationships with customers and am dedicated to improving the companies’ capabilities to provide a competitive logistics and transport operation. This includes implementing renewable energy into existing fleets and trucks as well as investing in world class electric vehicles.My current duties include: Owner, Operator of all aspects of Consolidated GroupSupervising and coaching operators & staff on safety requirements and expectations of the business & industry Empowering teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to the quality industry standard expected Monitoring and auditing operational activities to ensure safety compliance internally and for clients Reporting on budgets including identifying and implementing cost reduction strategies internally and for business growth
