Theo is an experienced ICT professional with a strong technical and applications background. He has broad experience in different industries but predominantly in the FMCG and Manufacturing sector the last decade. He is a very hands-on senior manager with comprehensive operational and general business management skills.He is a strategic thinker with good communications skills, and has the unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects. He has shown proven leadership success in his team with the roll-out of various IT projects.Theo in his current role at the Grocery Business Unit within the RCL FOODS Consumer Division, he leads a team of System administrators, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Developers and various external Consultants. He is responsible for the end to end IT function of the Randfontein and Molteno manufacturing sites including nine 3rd party distribution warehouses throughout the country, which manufactures and distribute the most well-known household brand names including Nola mayonnaise, Yum Yum peanut butter, Ouma Rusks, Bobtail, Canine Cuisine and Catmor pet food products.
