Assist the HR team with:• Preparing for orientation which includes preparation of new hire kit • Filing and administrative aspects of the HR function• Data entry of new hires for the payroll report• Ensure HR processes meet legislative requirements• Verify completion of all new hire paperwork and documentation and follow-up with all employees and ensure that proper documentation is received• Maintain records and overall integrity of employee record filing systems ensuring privacy and confidentiality standards are met• Provide information to all employee concerns and inquiries. • Maintain various HR spreadsheets and HR trackers ensuring information is up to date, accurate and monitored regularly • Work collaboratively with various departments and all levels of employees
