Theodore "D*A*S*H" Dailey,Mr. Dailey was a Research Fellow in the Strategies, Programs, Analyses, Research and Concepts (SPARC) Division at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. Marine Corps’ air command and control directorate at Marine Corps Systems Command. Before joining the Potomac Institute, Mr. Dailey supported the Marine Corps’ Warfighting Laboratory Joint Concept Development and Experimentation Division as a subject matter expert in command and control, air combat, urban operations, irregular warfare and wargaming. As a Potomac Institute Research Fellow, he supported U. S. Marine Corps’ Training and Education Command in its Capabilities Division. In this capacity, Mr. Dailey drafted requirements documents relating to Live-Virtual-Constructive Battle Staff Training. As a subject matter expert and an enterprise architect, he supported architectural development efforts for integrating virtual simulators, constructive simulations, command and control systems, and live training systems in an integrated training environment.Mr. Dailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Communications from Syracuse University, a Master of Arts degree in Management from Webster University, and is a graduate of the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, as well as the Armed Forces Staff College. He is an Enterprise Architect as certified by California State University-East Bay and the FEAC Institute.He is retired and living in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
