About Theodore Luster
I am a recent graduate from the University of Maryland University College with a Bachelors degree in Management studies. During my time there I maintained a GPA of 3.25 and was able to graduate with superior academic achievement. Naturally, the majority of my coursework dealt with different aspects of business and how the ever changing world economy impacts it. In addition to that, I took a wide array of electives which have given me skills that can be used in many different aspects of the workplace. I have taken communication classes, psychology classes, and even a class on how to properly go about making tough decisions in the workplace. In my free time I am very involved with the sport of wheelchair basketball. I was born disabled and it has led to me being a part time wheelchair user. I am currently on a team located in Harrisonburg Virginia. During the season, we played tournaments in many different states including Pennsylvania and North Carolina. I have been involved with the sport for about 8 years now, first as a coach and now as a player and coach. The team I coach is a youth team located in Fairfax Virginia. The sport has given me many opportunities to meet people from all around the country and give back to the community. I have worked with the Wounded Warrior program which was an amazing experience. Currently I am the President of the Capital Conference which is part of the National Wheelchair Basketball Association. That position, as well as my coaching position, has greatly increased my leadership skills teaching me how to connect and find common ground with a wide variety of individuals from many different backgrounds.

Assist customers - This position required me to be open, friendly, sociable and knowledgeable about the store's mission and the customers.
