Reversed negative sales trend within the first year. We were able to see a 1% growth going into first year. This stopped a 1 million dollar a year sales loss to competitors. Implemented aggressive shrink constraints to lower shrink from 3.5% to 1.4% in my first year. Developed a strong highly functional sales team in the store. Ensured majority of the associates were cross trained in several areas to customers never received a gap in service. This team was able to actively go out and engage our customers and help them more than meet their needs.

Was responsible for driving over several million dollars in sales on an annual basis, and delivered continued growth. Executed the resupply and restocking stores on a daily basis. Oversaw the merchandising of all products in my departments. Ensured all daily operations complied with state OSHA regulations and guidelines. Trained food service personnel, and maintained all accounting records for the food service program. Ensured compliance of guest and team members to control a hazard free environment. Commanded 14 major installations programs ranging minor and major construction. All of the programs involved selling to individuals and companies.
