Assistant Project Manager

- Point of contact with clients, including leading meetings, answering phone calls and emails- Direct project supervision and project work flow to sub contractors- Coordinate and provide support to field supervision and subcontractors in the form of documents, schedule, and other office functions- Meet all project schedules- Communicate project status to management, field supervisions, and to the client- Develop project specifications and implement practices- Maintain working knowledge of utility company policy and procedures in order to communicate effectively with field supervision, subcontractors, and staff from client companies- Direct any assigned support staff and work product as a result of the project, including but not limited to QA/QC, as-builts, submittals, etc.
