Working in the hospitality sector has taught me extremely valuable tips with how adapt to a changing environment, as well as how to consult with customers/patrons, aggressive or not. Also I love my team sports, including Football (Soccer), Volleyball, AFL and Basketball, all of which have taught me the importance of teamwork. Being in a position of authority such as Supervisor and Duty Manger comes with humility and respect, as to not belittle fellow staff, but to work alongside them and to set the standard/example.
