Sr. Technical Program Manager
CurrentStrategic Technical Program Manager within Citi's CTI team. Since early 2021, I have been responsible for the ServiceNow migration from an on-prem instance to ServiceNow in the cloud. This multi-year effort involves managing an implementation partner to enable Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management processes for roughly 300,000 users. My role is to ensure the project work streams are progressing toward their assigned deliverables, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and promoting strong communication with our partners and stakeholders.
