Starting my MSc in Human Resources Management at the University of Exeter Business School in September, I bring with me two years of enriching experience as a Student Experience and Success Support Officer at the same institution. My primary focus has been to enhance the student journey from induction to graduation, emphasising on specialised support for students from Asia. This role has enabled me to collaborate closely with stakeholders, deliver impactful projects, and establish feedback mechanisms that elevate the learning environment and embody inclusivity.Parallel to my professional endeavors, I volunteer at Devon Rape Crisis, providing trauma-informed support. This role aligns with my certifications in sexual violence understanding and suicide prevention, reflecting my commitment to fostering resilience and well-being within diverse communities. This dual commitment underscores my dedication to the welfare of students and individuals in crisis, a mission I am passionate about advancing through my academic and professional journey.As I continue my education and career, I aim to integrate my experiences and skills to develop innovative strategies that enhance people's working and learning experience, within an environment that supports their wellbeing, within higher education and beyond.
