I was hired to consult about the plan for the camp, as well as construct a financial model and write a business plan. The project had a $10 million budget, which included purchase of the camp property, construction of the camp facilities and operation of the camp for the first five years. As of early 2013, the camp was going forward according to the plan I wrote.
