Theodore "Theo" Love brings a passion for empirical analysis and effective program design to energy efficiency efforts from Vermont to China. Through his research, he has contributed to numerous reports on economically achievable potential, including a series of reports for the Sierra Club and papers at ACEEE conferences. As a technical advisor, he has performed deep statistical analysis on large data sets of energy efficiency projects and measures. In his role advising on program/portfolio design and regulatory issues, he has analyzed a wide variety of energy efficiency, conservation, and resource plans and provided expert testimony.Theo has spent nearly a decade developing tools for analyzing cost-effectiveness, forecasting energy efficiency resource costs, calculating efficiency project savings, and tracking program and portfolio results. In past roles, he has worked on the tracking and reporting systems in the financial and legal sectors.He is passionate about the increasing availability of data and its ability to improve energy efficiency design and delivery.
