My representative non-class action matters include international arbitration dealing with drug development rights, contractor-subcontractor disputes, I.P. Licensing disputes, securities fraud claims brought against a prominent golf club manufacturer, multiple insurance disputes, FINRA arbitrations and insurance sales practice litigation.
