Senior Customer Trainer
Current▪ Common Faculty Development - Instructor Course Certified ▪ Conduct formal professional training for customers, in-house engineers, and/or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) customer engineers▪ Determine course content and student learning objectives▪ Develop course curriculums, lesson plans, student manuals and testing▪ Conduct training in a classroom environment as preparation for both practical exercises and testing▪ Conduct both nongraded and graded practical exercises in a OTJ (on the job) environment▪ Evaluate training materials and procedures, if needed make or recommend revisions to keep courses up-to-date▪ Develop training schedule and coordinate with all stakeholders involved to ensure all objectives are met▪ Maintain class records, which includes student test scores, evaluations, counseling(s) and attendance
