Hello! My name is Teddy Ross, and I am a cybersecurity student at OCC. I am a dual enrolled high school student, and have a passion for the challenge that the IT industry brings. While in high school, I had the opportunity to:- Join the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society at OCC- Represent the state of Michigan in the BPA National Leadership Conference in Chicago as both a competitor and voting delegate my first year! - Work two amazing IT internships at Oakland Schools and the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department- Become nominated for the OSTC CTE Student of the Year Award and win OSTC CTE Cybersecurity Student of the Year, as well as earn certifications not offered through OSTC through social networking - Participate in a virtual international exchange program, Soliya Connect- Soliya gave me the opportunity to meet and discuss international issues with peers from around the worldI’m almost done at OCC and am currently spending my time networking as well as building my portfolio.
