• Conduct physical inspection of product. Perform and oversee pre and post production inspections. Understand various metallurgy, metal cutting and metal finishing operations to assure proper quality and strength.

• Working knowledge of Geometrical Dimension and Tolerance and the application and use.

I started my employment in August of 2009 as a machine operator working with both manual and computer automated machines. During my time as a machine operator my main priority was working with Haas CNC machines in the tibia replacement department.Within my second year I moved up to the quality control team, In this roll i worked in the Tibia and Femoral.

• Follow work schedule as outlined and directed by Team Leader or Shift Manager.
• Knowledge and skills to make offsets if program adjustments are needed.
• Attentiveness to tools running, report any problem to Team Leader or Shift Manager.
• Capable of reading and understanding blueprints and set-up sheets.
• Perform de-burring, inspection, cleaning, etc. during machine cycle time to maximize machine usage.
