Maintenance of tracker systems and application of thermal imaging.Working along with the engineers, implementing the technical designs and overtaking challenges that may occur on the field, are among our daily routine.Support on any unexpected malfunctions of the panels and/or of the electrical installation require taking immediate and cautious actions. Resolving any possible issues and restoration of the smooth operation of the systems is a common task, while working under extreme circumstances (weather conditions, severity and scale of the damage, etc.).

Remote and on site 1st and 2nd level support for technical issues of clients (networks, software, hardware issues, etc). Customizing and configuration of the in house software applications to meet legal and customer requirements.

1st level and 2nd level (inbound and outbound) support outsourced for major communications company. Raising incidents and prioritizing them, resolving technical matters under specific SLAs (timely restricted) and updating the knowledge base.Not breaching the SLAs and handling as many as possible incidents, while helping my team members were my major concerns.
