Led the 100+ strong Ag Solutions Tech function, spread across multiple time zones and geographies, incorporating the management of near- and off-shore resources (including vendor management). Revamped the function, from a non-performant cost centre into an efficient, integral part of the ProdTech function, increasing delivery-on-commitment from 20% to 70%+ across multiple squads. Played a critical role in the establishment of the data assets to support data-driven decision making across the function, including Agile Tracking Metrics, Workforce Planners, Cost Analysis Toolsets etc.Rebuilt the problematic relationship between Product and Technology, overcoming years of underperformance and misalignment, establishing a true ProdTech function.Increased the Pulse Survey Results for the entire Tech function, by at least 20% in the key areas of engagement, advocacy, commitment, motivation and job satisfaction.

Established the Data & Analytics function within the Agronomy and Supply Chain Proagrica domains. Built and led high-performing teams of Product Managers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Data Product Developers., growing the team to 20+ members. Spearheaded the design and implementation of a cutting-edge Geospatial Analysis platform (powered by Databricks), enabling the ingestion and analysis of high-precision Agricultural Machinery Data, and delivering composite, multi-layer spatial insights. Led the inception and execution of the Agility big data platform, responsible for the ingestion, hygiene and standardisation of multiple Farm Management System Datasets, each with unique challenges. Launched Proagrica’s Commercial Analytics product in the US Ag Retail Market, consolidating sales and Order-2-Cash data, generating $5M recurring revenue. Championed the development of Data Literacy and Culture across the organisation implementing seminars, lunch-n-learn sessions & newsletters that improved data fluency among staff.
