I am a trial lawyer in San Francisco. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law, I began my career at one of the largest firms in the United States where I worked with and learned from some of the top litigators in the state handling complex business litigation and class action matters.A fourth-generation plaintiffs' trial lawyer (my great grandfather served as the Presiding Judge of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, as well as a Tennessee State Senator, my 92-year-old grandfather practices law in Tennessee to this day, and my father is one of only two attorneys to serve as the president of both the Tennessee Trial Lawyers’ Association and the Tennessee Bar Association), I co-founded Emison Cooper & Cooper LLP in 2005 to seek justice for injured persons and achieve social change.Specialties: I represent individuals who have suffered physical, emotional, or financial injury, as well as family members who have lost a loved one.
