Devin J. Ricks was born on June 3rd in Baltimore, Maryland. Devin graduated from Morgan State University, May of 2013, obtaining a Bachelor's of Science Degree In Broadcasting and Integrated Media/Video Production. Ricks has always been fascinated with the arts whether that was dealing with visual, graphic, and or media arts. He became fond with editing, writing, directing, and producing his own film projects. Dev TV! (which is his media outlet) explored new heights when Devin took Dev TV to the 2017-2019 BET Hip Hop Awards which he covered the red carpet interviews. Ricks also has a clothing line titled "No More Apologies" under his brand "The DJR Experience" which famous celebrities have worn and showcased his line; such as Ty Hunter (fashion stylist to Beyoncé') and cast members from VH1's "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta." On his directing side, he has 3 independent films under his belt and is now working on his 4th film titled “Situations: PT. I” under his Love Cycle Saga, which is streaming for free on "Dev TV! (www.DevTVOfficial.com/streaming)." Be on the lookout because the young mogul is on the rise and ready to inspire, motivate, and further out humanities. THE LOVE CYCLE SAGA MISSION STATEMENT:The purpose for my movies is to help people gain an understanding of the simple task that all our hearts want, and that is love. Love can come in many forms and as you get older you start to see different variations of it. Love Cycle is a saga of chapters that I've created as I started to understand love a lot better. I tell a story one chapter at a time and I hope I make it easy to understand. I also want to have fun with my movies so love will not be the only thing I talk about, but it will be the one I go into detail with :) When love is done properly its a beautiful thing.
