Productmanager voor de waardestroom Allocatie & Reconciliatie (A&R). De Productmanager is de verbindende functie met de klant (Business Owner en Epic Owner) en vertaalt in samenwerking met vertegenwoordigers van zowel business als delivery de klantwens naar features. De features worden door de teams vertaald naar user stories. Gezamenlijk vormen de features en user stories het feitelijk op te leveren product dat moet worden gebouwd, getest en uiteindelijk beheerd. Dit alles gebeurt conform de EDSN Way of Working, gebaseerd op het SAFe Framework.

Energie Data Services Nederland (EDSN) B.V. is in 2007 opgericht na een fusie van drie organisaties die zich bezighielden met het berichtenverkeer in de Nederlandse energiemarkt (ECH, B’con en EBO). Vanaf dat moment is EDSN hét platform voor administratieve verbindingen tussen de marktpartijen in de energiesector.EDSN ondersteunt het berichtenverkeer tussen partijen in de energiemarkt. Bij het wisselen van leverancier, bij verhuizingen en bij het wijzigen van klantgegevens moet een groot aantal administratieve gegevens worden uitgewisseld tussen de partijen in de energiesector. Het betreft daarbij circa 14 miljoen gas- en elektriciteitsklanten.Regelmatig worden processen aangepast en verbeterd. EDSN stroomlijnt en borgt de kwaliteit van deze processen tussen de energiebedrijven. Het heeft de taak de processen in de energiemarkt verder te standaardiseren en centraliseren. Dit gebeurt onder meer in het kader van het sectorbrede project Stroomopwaarts waarmee een nieuw marktmodel voor de energiesector wordt gerealiseerd.EDSN is tevens een ontmoetingsplaats waar marktpartijen samenwerken om de marktprocessen en het dataverkeer vorm te geven. Te denken valt aan nieuwe ontwikkelingen als de smart metering, smart grids, elektrisch vervoer, de opkomst van duurzame decentrale opwekking etc. Al deze ontwikkelingen vereisen een betrouwbaar en efficiënt dataverkeer tussen partijen in de energiemarkt.

The FAM manages the requests for changes and the functional changes, takes part in the incident management and initiates and coordinates problem management. Furthermore he's responsible for change and release management and the cost and the lead time of his own applications. Because of his knowledge of the systems, the FAM takes part in projects and is responsible for the manageability of the application
