Managed strategic planning and implementation of COVID-19 safety protocols across varied settings and needs for Biden campaign, including working with infectious disease experts to align with up-to-date understanding of disease transmission risks. Led team of 12 in successful COVID-19 safety planning for the 2020 Democratic National Convention, including building testing logistics operation.

• Served as key advisor to U.S. & Canada Rideshare leadership, with responsibility for organizational strategy, cross-platform engagement, vehicles access, and other ad hoc analyses.• Partnered with cross-functional operations and tech teams to develop strategy for Vehicles access programs for drivers. Resulted in renewed focus on lowering costs for drivers and an updated framework for evaluating how Vehicles programs help the core business.• Developed pricing analysis on core time and distance rates across U.S. & Canada. Recommended updated guardrails to improve marketplace efficiency. • Co-led development of companywide strategic position on allowing Uber’s rideshare business to be aggregated by other Mobility as a Service (MaaS) providers.• Developed strategy and supporting data for expansion of diversity and inclusion recruiting efforts, resulting in 47% of extended offers going to women, up from approximately 30% previously.• Developed organizational strategy for U.S. & Canada Rideshare Ops team focused on improving decision making and team engagement. Launched revamped onboarding program. Contributed to increased overall satisfaction scores by 9 percentage points on employee culture survey.• Led working group to strengthen interaction model between City and Central teams focused on pricing and incentives. New model reduced duplication of efforts and reallocated bandwidth to new workstreams focused on reducing costs and product defects at the local level.

• Oversaw all operations including P&L for technology startup leveraging journalists to tell the life stories of seniors, especially those entering care for Alzheimer’s and dementia.• Managed development and launch of digital life storytelling platform from founder’s concept, bidding and selecting outside vendor, and execution through customer onboarding and use.• Co-led fundraising efforts for seed round, including strategy development, materials, and pitching.• Led process to formalize company processes and procedures, including core service delivery system, completing company operating agreement, and creating company equity and benefits plans.

• Served as key advisor to Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker as part of her senior management team, with responsibility for strategic planning, internal engagement, and special projects.• Served as primary liaison to Commerce bureaus including Bureau of Industry and Security, the International Trade Administration, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.• Led U.S. government planning for the 2014 & 2016 U.S.-Africa Business Forum in partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies. Attended by President Barack Obama, 50 African Heads of State, and more than 200 U.S. and African CEOs. • Traveled more than 30 times to 14 states and 12 countries with Secretary Pritzker as the senior member of the traveling team, managing all aspects of the Secretary’s engagements on the road. Destinations included Detroit, New York, Silicon Valley, China, Cuba, Pakistan, and Ukraine.• Planned and executed change management strategy for internal processes, including briefing book creation and preparing the Secretary for Congressional testimony on the Department’s budget.• Advised on hiring of over 100 political appointees within the Department, helping to build the team to execute on Secretarial and Presidential priorities.
