Responsible for training newly hired employees for all of our back end departments. This includes our Trust & Safety Dept, Payments Team, Case Management, and my own Marketplace Investigations team. This also entailed updating all of the training material that was available, creating a 1 Week Specialized Class from a 5 week general knowledge curriculum plan.I am constantly creating new, streamlined, and thorough lesson plans for this position, as I know the value of correctly training a new employee to direct them for success. I have also created material to assist new employees who are less proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools to create a better working experience. I strive on building lessons teaching only the necessary skills of the job, without clouding the employee's learning through over-exposure, or jumping around during training. I was presented a Spot Award, StubHub's highest award given for the contributions of a single employee, for the excellence I have demonstrated in this position. I work to ensure the integrity of the secondary ticket marketplace. Through data-analysis and investigatory work my job is to prevent fraud from numerous sources, while keeping our customers happy through seamless transactions on site. I aim to identify fraudulent activity taking place, and then determine how to stop similar issues from arising when moving forward. A normal day can include anything from a social media de-escalation, to catching someone selling counterfeit tickets, to high value client retention. I have worked with multiple departments within StubHub, as well as outside parties to resolve issues for our customers where the Box-Office, the primary ticketing agency, the seller, and even the customer themselves sometimes, have done something affecting the validity of their tickets. Through my investigation I determine where the issue took place, where the liability will lie, and if there was any intent of fraud when the issue took place. From there I will recover the payout and assess the penalties accordingly, which is often limited to financial penalty, but in some rare situations, further recourse such as account suspension or ban will be administered.I was awarded a Spot Award for my contributions to one of our highest profile events, Hamilton the Musical. I took control of the issues happening during the show, helping to prevent thousands of dollars in direct costs, as well as preventing the loss of numerous customers. This included some very well known actors, musicians, and other high profile individuals, which could have resulted in further damage to StubHub, had their initially negative experience been made public.

Personal Assistant to the IT Manager. Worked for the IT Manager to create a conducive work environment through the implementation of the Infiniti System. This included helping to build "approved" energy saving projects for CL&P and WMECO utility companies through our in-house Infiniti program, and overseeing projects to insure completion. I also assisted in debugging the Infiniti program to help prepare for national release. I was also tasked with planning and scheduling work related events and training seminars, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, all general office tasks, and planning and preparing vacations and recreational events.Also responsible for B2B energy audits, working with government funded programs to ensure energy loans that cover the new equipment costs(Including WMECO and CL&P/Energize CT Program), contract editing/updating, and assisted in sales. Side projects included motor control programming, chemical handling, and some inventory control.

Also part of a small crew that ran the P2i machine, a very specialized piece of equipment that helped set Eppendorf apart from their competition.

Developed and implemented a myriad process and procedure changes which resulted in increased company efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Maintained a 600k portfolio for chemical and fertilization applications in a wide variety of settings, including many government and school contracts. Also joint headed our own Organic Initiative, to design and implement a fully organic program for the Connecticut School District. This was adopted by 14 schools in the weeks after the programs release, which coincided nicely with the states decision to ban pesticides on school grounds.
