• Serving as the point of contact between our clients and the Tax Professionals working on their tax services, such as resolution and tax prep. • Communicate with clients regularly to provide case updates and ensure a healthy and positive client relationship. • Complete Daily Tasks including but not limited to, examining client accounts for necessary documents to gather for Tax Professional review, assessing taxpayer financial reports by collecting proof of income/expenses/assets/etc. • Make/receive customer service type calls and provide an exceptional experience for our clients • Work alongside Tax Professionals and other departments to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved.

The Executive Relations team assures that the company standards are maintained by making sure all cases are resolved in a timely professional matter and that each case is treated with sensitivity in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution. Executive relations holds the responsibility of handling the highest of escalated clients, provide prompt updates on a file, and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient file flow.
