I’ve always been deeply fascinated by numbers and patterns, a curiosity that started in my childhood. As a young boy, I had an uncanny ability to memorise phone numbers effortlessly. This early knack for numerical details laid the foundation for my passion for logic, structure, and analysis.However, my journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Repeating Primary 1 was a defining moment that tested my resilience. Despite the bullying I faced, I made a firm decision to rise above it. From then on, I consistently ranked among the top three in my class. I embraced leadership roles at every stage: assistant class captain, social prefect, and eventually, the senior boy of my secondary school. These formative experiences nurtured my love for leadership, people management, and mentoring, which later evolved into a thriving career in HR and academic coaching.During university, I flourished academically and personally. Representing my department in debates and quizzes sharpened my public speaking and communication skills. Serving as the department president taught me the power of personal development and collective impact. My internship at the University of Lagos Herbarium exposed me to field research and data collection, deepening my love for research and critical thinking.Writing my final-year project marked another pivotal moment in my journey. I embraced the challenge of analysing data, creating compelling visualisations, and improving my academic writing. I also began mentoring my peers, teaching them to interpret data and use tools like Excel, SPSS, and GraphPad Prism. This experience ignited my passion for academic coaching, a field in which I’ve assisted over 500 scholars in crafting exceptional theses, dissertations, and scholarly works.After graduation, my NYSC service became a launchpad for further growth. As prayer secretary and later zonal coordinator for NCCF, I managed large teams, spearheaded community outreach projects, and organised impactful initiatives. These experiences prepared me for more advanced roles, including serving as a personal assistant to a global church apostle. Here, I honed my skills in report writing, data collection, and administrative coordination, managing multi-branch operations with precision.I’ve developed a passion for empowering others to achieve excellence through every phase of my journey. Whether mentoring undergraduates on research techniques, guiding professionals through data analysis, or providing HR insights, I bring empathy, expertise, and leadership to everything I do.
