The Jumpstart Program is a 6-week program that focuses on different forms of movement while incorporating the pillars of purpose, sleep, stress management, nutrition, and movement to help participants achieve a new level of wellness. As a Jumpstart Coach, my responsibilities include:• Developing workout programs for beginner and intermediate personnel (clients)• Working with personnel to identify ways to improve exercise regimen while at the gym and at home• Providing modification for particular movements and monitoring for injuries• Offering group classes and one-on-one coaching sessions• Creating an environment for clients to foster meaningful connection opportunities• Coaching, encouraging, and motivating personnel to achieve health and wellness goals

One of the integral restorative therapeutic services at Faithfully Guided is massage therapy. These services aid in the detoxification of the body, restoring the body’s natural ability to heal itself. As a licensed massage therapist, I specialize in therapeutic massages in order to decrease chronic pain common to acute and minor injuries.

Provided therapeutic massages for clients seeking rehabilitation services as part of their comprehensive approach to the management of pain and disability. For my clients, I focused on the relaxation of muscles from post-surgical, acute, and chronic soft tissue pain and injuries.

Developed and coordinated recreational therapy programs for residents to have daily activities as a complement to rehabiliataion and nursing care. My responsibilities also included collaborating with the local community to ensure volunteers visited and engaged with residents.
