Current- The Jumpstart Program is a 6-week program that focuses on different forms of movement while incorporating the pillars of purpose, sleep, stress management, nutrition, and movement to help participants achieve a new.
- Developing workout programs for beginner and intermediate personnel (clients)
- Working with personnel to identify ways to improve exercise regimen while at the gym and at home
- Providing modification for particular movements and monitoring for injuries
- Offering group classes and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Creating an environment for clients to foster meaningful connection opportunities
