He started his career as a mechanical designer and through hard work and multitasking quickly rose to top management positions. His extensive experience in quality, regulatory, process improvement, lean manufacturing, project management, and mechanical engineering design allow him to deliver quality, successful results within an organization. His strong leadership skills and ability to motivate co-workers combined with his "can do" attitude allow him to toggle complex projects and bring them to completion meeting deadlines and milestones. Theo is a company oriented person and is focused on building strong teams by mentoring and coaching individuals to deliver optimum results through continuous improvement. He will study and analyze the core procedures of an organization and he will improve them by setting up a practical and efficient Quality Management System that is compliant to FDA, EU and ISO regulations and standards if required. In order to manage something, in order to improve a process first somebody has to study and understand the process and surroundings, then set goals and matrices in order to measure and monitor the progress and continually provide and receive feedback to make adjustments.
