Responsible for the Safety Management System for the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation and Design Organisation of TUI fly Belgium

Nominated Person CAMO, responsible for the CAMO department at TUI fly Netherlands (Engineering, Planning & Technical Records). Achievements:- Set up full engineering capability for in-house engineering. Managed the change from subcontracting Part M tasks to third parties into a lean and flexible Part M engineering department performing aircraft maintenance support and all Part M tasks in-house for B737 and B787 aircraft.- Managed engineering entry into service of B787-8.- Part M focal in TUI group B787 ad hoc dry lease interoperability project- Part M and Part 145 assessments of foreign carriers for summer wet leases- Transformation of CAMO/Part M organization into an oversight department, subcontracting CAMO tasks within the TUI group.- Support new B737-8 Max aircraft deliveries

Initial and continued surveillance of Design, Production and Maintenance Organizations in accordance with European Aviation Safety Agency Regulations. - Plan, perform, report and follow-up of organization and product audits at design, production and maintenance organizations - Planning Coordinator, team representative in management and planning meetings.- Focal point for (FAA) Conformity Inspections.- Focal point for use of PMA parts in Dutch aerospace sector.- Member of EASA Initial Airworthiness Standardization Team.
