TAEP calls on highly qualified students from ENSTA Paris, 2nd best french Master of Engineering and 1st in environment, to carry out missions for companies in applied mathematics (optimization, forecasting), mechanics (design, simulation, dimensioning) and IT (software and web development, AI, data science, cybersecurity).As the Head of Business Development, as well as being a Project Manager (see below), I am responsible for implementing and monitoring the sales strategy in line with the objectives of the mandate and our vision of the structure:• Establishment of a strategy based on SMART objectives for sales actions, and formalization of associated processes• Management of a team of 8 people and monitoring of projects: separation of tasks using the RACI method, GANTT monitoring• Development, using agile methods, of IT tools for canvassing and tracking prospects, interacting in particular with third-party APIs;• Increasing our visibility through participation in professional and academic events, and within the Junior-Enterprise movement• Training the next term of office in sales activities, to ensure that the methods we have developed are sustainable👉 Find out more about our structure and the support we can offer to companies at www.taep.fr!

As Project Manager, I take part in the commercial activity of our Junior-Enterprise:• Canvassing potential customers in TAEP's key business sectors. Using a variety of methods: mailing, cold calling, meetings at trade shows and events• Drawing up specifications jointly with the customer to offer a personalized, high-quality service• Drafting of contractual documents between the various parties to ensure legal compliance of the assignment• Following missions and consultants to ensure the quality of deliverables, for instance by planning regular meetings.

Le Forum Aster, porté depuis 2022 par les élèves-ingénieurs de l’Institut Polytechnique de Paris, vise à mettre en lien les étudiants avec des entreprises et associations responsables écologiquement et socialement, dont le fonctionnement et le mode de production est vertueux.Le pôle événementiel propose tout au long de l’année des événements permettant d’échanger et de faire des rencontres autour d’un Avenir Social et d’une Transition Écologique et Responsable, les deux idées autour desquelles cette association s’est développée.
