Rootstock Developer Portal - Led the redesign and relaunch of the Rootstock Developer PortalThe Rootstock Developer Portal has Rootstock guides, quick starts, and SDK documentation to enable developers and users to build and integrate Rootstock in their apps.Spearheaded the re-launch of the developer portal project (1st August 2024) and GTM plan of the renewed documentation in collaboration with stakeholders and team.- Led the user research and discovery for the developer portal, incorporating a holistic approach via developer docs surveys and stakeholder management, leading to the discovery of four major stakeholders and users to the dev portal- Designed a new Information architecture for the dev portal to align with these five key content buckets and incorporated key metrics into the new redesign- This simplified the Information Architecture and led to a 50% reduction in overall content volume.- This reduced the total number of SEO issues from 4,382 to 1,773, achieved a 100% accessibility score and fixed 100% of technical issues.- The new portal is expected to boost developer onboarding experience by 90%, leading to increased innovation and an increase in developers for Rootstock.- Written over 50+ product documentation and guides that onboarded 5000+ developers onto the Rootstock Blockchain and other platforms.- Co-author and Editor for the Rootstock Courses
