The Trooper Kenton Iwaniec Memorial Foundation was established to honor DUI victims and inspire a community effort to reduce deaths from impaired driving. The foundation aims to honor and give a voice to victims of drunk driving and to keep Kenton Iwaniec's memory alive. I have presented speeches to more than 1,500 people at many engagements in both the U.S. and England. The foundation, a recognized 501(c)(3) organization, has raised more than $700,000 through fund raising events and speaking engagements which has resulted in the purchase and distribution of 1,410 preliminary breath test devices to law enforcement officials throughout Pennsylvania. U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado

I taught classes at the U.S. Air Force Academy. I also supervised and directed 23 Physical Education (PE) courses and ensured the accuracy of 10,000 grades and 4,400 PE schedules. As Deputy Program Manager of the U.S. Air Force’s Combatives Headquarters, I developed plans and implementation for all combatives training and quality assurance throughout the United States Air Force.-Instructed and mentored more than 1,800 Air Force Academy officer-candidates by instructing 400+ classes in four university-level courses. -Trained and oversaw 50+ instructors. Trained dozens of security & special forces. -Authored and validated four university-level course curricula. -Created and implemented a process for evaluating and upgrading instructors. -Envisioned, developed and marketed a departmental website which consolidated and organized training, course and department material.-#1/40 as Combatives Instructor of the Semester.-#1/25 as Company Grade Officer of the Quarter.

Handpicked by senior leadership to lead a 10-person team responsible for managing support functions for 2,500+ people and $1.9 billion dollars of infrastructure, supporting 25,000 military and family members in a fast-paced environment. -Led cross-functional work groups, managed enterprise performance reviews, and conducted strategy and problem solving sessions. -Guided 37 Misconduct Hearings. Minimized organizational risk by coordinating punishments and remedial actions for assaults, drug abuse, and other detrimental actions.-Leveraged exceptional writing skills: Improved organization’s award packages and increased award winners 75% over previous year. Supervised and led a 21-person team made up of military, civilian, and contractor personnel and managed $20M of communications infrastructure equipment supporting the Air Force’s largest, mission ready, F-15E/C fighter wing comprised of over 6,500 personnel.-Conceptualized and project-managed the development of a website purposed as a “one-stop shop” for customers. Led the subsequent marketing of this website which cut trouble calls by 77% and freed up countless technician hours. Product was benchmarked and promoted Air Force-wide.-Project officer for $11M of multi-agency upgrade initiatives at three bases. -Saved the Air Force $277K annually by leading a database audit and providing accountability for a $1.4M phone bill and $170K worth of mobile devices. -Secured $5M of funding and led the implementation of a new telephone system. Trimmed costs $48K annually through innovative process improvement.-Responsible for operation and maintenance of $3.5 million phone switch and 4,500 voice lines with a $4.4 million budget-#1 of 6 as Company Grade Officer of the Quarter
