As VP of Event Planning, my job is to connect individuals face-to-face by planning themed celebrations, meetings, trade shows, vendor fairs, customer appreciation days and the like. I also oversee our image consulting and professional introductions operations.

Cordinated catering orders and deliveries as well as performed food preparation and line chef duties. Increased sales and public relations by integreating theme ornamentation into the restaurant and catering services.

Assisted the Loan Coordinator for Chase Manhattan Mortgage's Funding Department. Pulled documents for loans and verified confidential data and provided general administrative support.

Negotiated meeting rooms and travel arrangements for instructors through out the United States and in Canada. Insured contract, choice of room, amenities, set-up, catering, and other logistics were all my decision. Supervised a staff of three employees while coordinating travel schedules for five instructors. Processed accounts receivable including refunds, estimating sales in the amount of $1 million per year. Maintained quality and inventory and assited with staffing and performance management.
