I am a forever learner, a tinkerer at heart, and a consultant in practice who has had the opportunity over the course of 20+ years to engineer, build, maintain and operate solutions across a multitude of industries, business initiatives and technologies. Over the last decade I have been focused in working with my clients to achieve their business goals in the cloud and predominantly in the #AWS cloud. These experiences have included cloud strategy initiatives, mass migrations, system modernizations, new digital product builds and DevOps transformations. Lately my experiences have been shaped through helping my clients organize and understand their data so that they can take full advantage of #GenAI, and traditional machine learning. My experiences range from helping a client to consolidate enterprise legacy solutions onto a single unified modernized platform that handles millions of interactions in a month to helping financial institutions migrate to the cloud and become fintech companies to helping a pharmaceutical organization digitize their health system distribution channel in the cloud.Along with the aforementioned experiences I have developed a knack for building strong technology solutioning teams, maturing those teams and getting the most out of those teams by ensuring those teams are well equipped, motivated, skilled and empowered to perform their best. I have had the opportunity and the experience with doing this both for clients as well as internally with my own teams. From taking on a team at a prior firm and excelling output from that team by 1000%+ in the first year to building an engineering team from scratch that came to produce over $20M for the firm to starting a new LOB from scratch that returned an ROI of 300% in the first year.I have helped clients large, medium-sized and small design and build technology solutions that have become anchor revenue producing solutions or key operational systems for their business. I have also worked with clients to reduce overall costs to their business through efficiently migrating to and operating in the cloud....often optimizing their operations to gain 30-50%+ in efficiency.I listen first, coach in a timely fashion, am loyal to a fault, challenge as needed and remain coachable as I also continue to learn, mature and adapt as my clients, tinkering and learning require.
