I also attended student, career, and local business expos, where I created table displays for the expos as well as represented our company. When not in attendance, I organized and administered all outside events. This position also included donor and sponsor relations by creating, sending, and fulfilling all contractual needs; as well as cultivate and gain sponsors and donors for the theatre, I would create lasting and personal connections to sponsors and donors to increase funding to the theatre. In this same position capacity, I aided in the area of community relations by organizing tours for schools of our facility, communicated with gifts in kind donors, camp and education administration, and communicating with other local entities.Additionally, I served as the Event Planner and Special Event Coordinator for EPAC. This includes preparing menus, communicating with caterers and other staff, and meeting the needs of various clients and sponsors, as well as decorating, running and staffing events for up to 300 people.
