Work with student leaders as well as the Assistant Director to create and manage a full calendar of diverse events for the student body of Elizabethtown College. This involves implementing student training, supervising student leaders, managing budget, payroll, and contracts, assisting with creation and implementation of campus programming, and assisting with strategic planning for the Office of Student Activities.

Most recently, I was employed at the Ephrata Performing Arts Center (EPAC), a local non-profit theatre in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. I served as their Administrative Coordinator which encompassed many responsibilities including marketing, development, donor & community relations, and general office duties. I worked with the Marketing Committee to secure ad placements and create the playbill for each show. This also included running the ad drive for all advertisements placed in or for the theatre. I ran the social media for EPAC including their Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as well as preparing copy for media releases and brochures. I also attended student, career, and local business expos, where I created table displays for the expos as well as represented our company. When not in attendance, I organized and administered all outside events. This position also included donor and sponsor relations by creating, sending, and fulfilling all contractual needs; as well as cultivate and gain sponsors and donors for the theatre, I would create lasting and personal connections to sponsors and donors to increase funding to the theatre. In this same position capacity, I aided in the area of community relations by organizing tours for schools of our facility, communicated with gifts in kind donors, camp and education administration, and communicating with other local entities.Additionally, I served as the Event Planner and Special Event Coordinator for EPAC. This includes preparing menus, communicating with caterers and other staff, and meeting the needs of various clients and sponsors, as well as decorating, running and staffing events for up to 300 people. In addition, I coordinated all volunteers, present a personable and outgoing presence to all guests. This also included preparing the space and making arrangements for out of town performers and guest performers for their accommodations. I have also had experience house managing at many of the above listed places. I have served as the house manager at the Ephrata Performing Arts Center (Ephrata, PA), Genesius Theatre (Reading,PA), Kutztown University Theatre Department (Kutztown, PA), and The Playwrights (Muhlenberg, PA), Fleetwood Community Theatre (Fleetwood, PA), and Keystone Arts and Theatre School (Wyomissing, PA). This included providing strong customer service, attending all evening performances, coordinating, training, and delegating all volunteers and ushers, maintaining concessions and playbill counts, and handling all emergency situations calmly, professionally, and efficiently. This included being present at all scheduled performances from before to curtain and closing house. I began House Managing in 2009 and have most recently managed 'Spamalot' at the Ephrata Performing Arts Center.

While working as the president of Perforum, the premiere performance and theatre club on campus, I was responsible for event management and holding meetings. I created cast lists, semester rosters, master schedules, planning banquets and cast parties, managed needs for guest performers, and collaborated with the faculty to be sure the club complied with university policy (ex. staying within budget, getting scripts and PR approved, filling out paperwork, etc.) This also included running social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Student Website), radio promotions, planning events and delegating tasks appropriately, creating inexpensive marketing, and being a positive leader for the general members and the members of the executive board. I implemented long term fundraising and budget practices, development resources, and grant creation. In short, I spent approximately three years advising on student events, clubs, meetings, orientations, and banquets within the university theatre setting.

I also was employed as an Information Desk Assistant in the McFarland Student Union as a part of the Student Affairs Office. This job included being well versed in all departments of the university, answering questions posed by faculty, parents, incoming students, current students, and staff, and helping plan and execute large student events including Accepted Student's Day, open houses, summer orientations for new students, transfer student orientation, and career fairs. This position also allowed me to aid in the planning of our summer and winter commencement ceremonies, coordinated and worked on Accepted Student’s Day, Parents’ Weekend, Welcome Week, Greek Week, and other large community functions within a university. I also coordinated student and parent tours with the admissions tour guides, gave information and packets to all perspective students, and planned training course and team bonding experiences.
