I’ve been in real estate for over twenty years, and licensed as a real estate salesperson for over fifteen. I started working at the office while in school and quickly realized I should be on the other side of the desk. Within months I earned awards and was in the top tier within my office. I went on to obtain my Broker’s license and become a Manager. During this time I was in charge of training, coaching and mentoring agents. I helped them with their day-to-day questions, challenging deals and overall growth as professionals. Some of these Realtors were ranked in the top 1% elite and I assisted with any questions the agent had or questions from clients that they were unable to answer. Why hire the student when you can have the teacher?My strengths are real estate specific knowledge and negotiating. I have proven results and it comes from working hard during negotiations, and having the experience to set the right price. That’s no easy task.A majority of my business comes from referrals—my clients stick with me.
