CurrentThe foundation for The Pitek Group, LLC is "turning potential into performance!" The impact and result is simply helping individuals, teams and organizations to thrive. Trained in the tenets of positive psychology and appreciative inquiry, Pitek's hallmark style of coaching and developing leaders is marked by his energy, intuition and personal creativity. He creates "safe" places so participants can stretch outside their comfort zones and grow in a highly experiential environment. Prior to The Pitek Group LLC, he had founded and ran The Performance Group LLC from 1984-2008. Having worked on four continents, he’s delivered programs in a variety of contexts developing skills, nurturing confidence and coaching people to rediscover their potential. Pitek has served as an adjunct instructor in Cornell University’s Management Development Programs in New York City where he conducted Creativity and Innovation sessions. He’s certified in a variety of instruments including Emotional Intelligence, CentACS WorkPlace Big Five assessment, the Center for Creative leadership 360 assessment suite, the VIA Character Assessment, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He most recently became certified in the Bates ExPI™(Executive Presence Index), the first research-based assessment to measure executive presence and influence in leaders.
